14 oz. Cajun dusted bone in chop, broiled to order. Served over Lafayette creamed corn and garnished with fresh vegetable medley.
Creamy risotto cooked with chopped lobster, butter, garlic, sherry, and a hint of saffron. Topped with twin jumbo shrimp.
STEAK AU POIVRE
10 oz. prime New York Strip peppercorn crusted and cooked to order. Finished with a Dijon-brandy cream sauce; sided with scalloped potatoes, and fresh asparagus.

A fluffy pate a’ choux cream puff filled with chocolate mousse, finished with a rich chocolate ganache and whipped cream.

Went for our one year anniversary. We had the best service that I've ever had in a restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent, exactly as ordered. The manager stopped by at our request so we could tell him how everything was. He was very polite and glad that we were so happy with our experience there. I cannot recommend this place enough. We recently had a special evening out with our parents. The Galaxy Restaurant was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent..... over the top! Our server was just perfect. I just wanted to let you know, we had a wonderful time on Saturday night, celebrating our 30th anniversary. The food was fantastic. I think everyone had something different for an entree, and it was all superb. We also enjoyed the appetizers. The flat breads were delicious. Our seating was very good and worked out well with Dad in his wheelchair. We enjoyed seeing so many homecoming attendees. We appreciated that we weren't rushed.
