BBQ RIB SAMPLER
A big taste of our “falling off the bone” baby back ribs. Served over crispy fries with plenty of sauce.
Mixed greens, Heirloom beefsteak tomatoes, fresh mozzarella cheese, sweet basil, extra virgin olive oil, red onion, and seasoned croutons, ribboned with balsamic glaze and sided with balsamic vinaigrette.

Baked Florida Red Snapper topped with a tangerine-jalapeno compound butter. Served with wild rice pilaf and vegetable medley.
“CIRCLE L” STEAK AU POIVRE
Pepper crusted then pan seared hand cut 12 oz. Prime Limousin Strip from our ranch located in Burbank, Ohio. Dry aged for 30 days for maximum flavor. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh asparagus. Finished with a side of Portobello mushroom, brandy and Dijon Veloute.
Pillows of pasta filled with ricotta cheese, Meyer lemon, and Arugula. Tossed with Extra virgin olive oil, fresh spinach, heirloom tomatoes, wild mushrooms, garlic confit, and topped with shaved parmesan cheese.
PINA COLADA CHICKEN
Pan seared breast of chicken, sauced with coconut cream, severed over grilled pineapple and cashew Island rice. Sided with steamed broccoli florets.
CRAB STUFFED SCROD
Delicate prime Atlantic Cod fillet stuffed with a Galaxy crab cake, topped with lemon beurre blanc and sided with sautéed house vegetables.

“OLD FASHIONED” CAKE
Moist Maraschino cherry cake, layered with a bourbon pastry cream. Finished with white chocolate buttercream.
Started off watching the buckeyes at the bar and enjoyed their special with a bucket of beer and some cajun-rubbed wings. after watching the buckeyes win, we sat down for a prime rib dinner with a bottle of wine. great food and very good service. just love this place. [Trip Advisor Review] Oct 2014
Went for our one year anniversary. We had the best service that I've ever had in a restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent, exactly as ordered. The manager stopped by at our request so we could tell him how everything was. He was very polite and glad that we were so happy with our experience there. I cannot recommend this place enough. We recently had a special evening out with our parents. The Galaxy Restaurant was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent..... over the top! Our server was just perfect. She was observed and catered without interfering with the conversation. This evening was an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. I just wanted to let you know, we had a wonderful time on Saturday night, celebrating our 30th anniversary. The food was fantastic. I think everyone had something different for an entree, and it was all superb. We also enjoyed the appetizers. The flat breads were delicious. Our seating was very good and worked out well with Dad in his wheelchair. We enjoyed seeing so many homecoming attendees. We appreciated that we weren't rushed.
