Pan seared boneless breast of chicken sautéed with a Hazelnut liquor and hazelnuts, then finished with a brandy cream flambé, served over Galaxy scalloped potatoes and sautéed vegetable medley.
Five pillows of pasta filled with butternut squash, tossed with toasted pecans and fresh sage in a creamy butternut puree finished with shredded parmesan cheese.
CAJUN FLAT IRON
8 oz. Certified Angus Beef Flat Iron Cajun rubbed and broiled to order. Served with classic andouille sausage red beans and rice.
CRAB STUFFED PORTOBELLO PASTA
Fresh Portobello cap stuffed with the Galaxy’s famous crabcake. Served atop a nest of Angel hair pasta tossed with roasted grape tomatoes, grilled asparagus and fresh spinach, in a roasted red pepper alfredo. Adorned with crispy breaded sliced portobello.
