Grilled four-ounce “Circle L. Ranch” beef patty topped with prosciutto, melted Swiss and Dijon mustard, served on a butter-grilled sweet bun with a side of Gold n’ Krisp chips.
PINA COLADA CHICKEN
Pan seared boneless chicken breast, sauced with a coconut cream sauce. Served over a cashew, pineapple and coconut Island rice.
Pretzel crusted Lake Erie Walleye fillet, sautéed then drizzled with a light Honey-Dijon cream sauce. Served with fragrant vegetable rice pilaf.
Pan seared beef tenderloin tips deglazed with red wine then braised with button mushrooms and onions in a rich brown gravy. Served over creamy white truffle mashed potatoes and vegetable medley.

6 oz. Circle L beef tenderloin, hand cut and broiled to order. Topped with a cold water lobster tail medallion and roasted garlic compound butter; sided with Galaxy scalloped potatoes and vegetable medley.

Went for our one year anniversary. We had the best service that I've ever had in a restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent, exactly as ordered. The manager stopped by at our request so we could tell him how everything was. He was very polite and glad that we were so happy with our experience there. I cannot recommend this place enough. We recently had a special evening out with our parents. The Galaxy Restaurant was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent..... over the top! Our server was just perfect. She was observed and catered without interfering with the conversation. This evening was an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. I just wanted to let you know, we had a wonderful time on Saturday night, celebrating our 30th anniversary. The food was fantastic. I think everyone had something different for an entree, and it was all superb. We also enjoyed the appetizers. The flat breads were delicious. Our seating was very good and worked out well with Dad in his wheelchair. We enjoyed seeing so many homecoming attendees. We appreciated that we weren't rushed.
