Four hand-cut Lollipop rib chops, lightly seasoned and broiled to order, brushed with fresh lemon mint gastrique. Served over majestic rice, with white raisins, apricots, pineapple, red quinoa, and pumpkin seeds.

Boneless breast of chicken pan seared and finished in the oven. Topped with broiled parmesan garlic artichoke hearts, finished with our amazing roasted red pepper Alfredo sauce and served over roasted vegetables.

THE ‘PATRIOT’ CAKE
Layers of rich strawberry and blueberry cake. Stacked with a white chocolate buttercream frosting and drizzled with a strawberry ganache Finished with a dollop of whipped cream and strawberry sauce.

Went for our one year anniversary. We had the best service that I've ever had in a restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent, exactly as ordered. We recently had a special evening out with our parents. The Galaxy Restaurant was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent..... over the top! Our server was just perfect. I just wanted to let you know, we had a wonderful time on Saturday night, celebrating our 30th anniversary. The food was fantastic. I think everyone had something different for an entree, and it was all superb. We also enjoyed the appetizers. The flat breads were delicious. Our seating was very good and worked out well with Dad in his wheelchair. We enjoyed seeing so many homecoming attendees. We appreciated that we weren't rushed.
