NEW ORLEANS BBQ SHRIMP
In the style of Classic New Orleans BBQ; (6) Sautéed domestic Peel-n-Eat shrimp tossed in butter, fresh garlic, Worcestershire, and lemon. Served over steamed rice.
Mixed greens, diced apple, green grapes, chopped walnuts, and celery served over mixed greens with a side of apple-Dijon dressing.

Lightly seasoned Alaskan Halibut fillet served with grilled local zucchini, squash, red bell peppers, and sweet onions. Served with steamed Jasmine rice and finished with a fresh herb and roasted tomato coulis.
GRILLED CHICKEN TOSCANA
Sliced chicken breast, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, wild mushrooms, spinach, and fresh basil tossed with imported penne pasta and a parmesan cream sauce. Finished with shredded Grana Padano.
CIRCLE L RIBEYE
Dry aged 10oz prime strip steak from our Circle L ranch located near Burbank, Ohio. Dry aged for 30 days, hand cut and broiled to order. Served with creamy mashed potatoes and sautéed asparagus.
Italian breaded veal cutlets sautéed to a golden brown, served over a bed of imported spaghetti. Topped with marinara sauce, melted mozzarella and Grana Padano cheeses.
BARBECUE RIB BASKET
Slow roasted, falling off the bone Baby Back ribs, served with French fried potatoes, Galaxy coleslaw, and plenty of sauce.

SUMMER GRASSHOPPER CAKE
Layers of white cake stacked with a refreshing crème de menthe cream. Coated in a white chocolate buttercream and finished with a chocolate ganache.

Went for our one year anniversary. We had the best service that I've ever had in a restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent, exactly as ordered. We recently had a special evening out with our parents. The Galaxy Restaurant was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent..... over the top! Our server was just perfect. I just wanted to let you know, we had a wonderful time on Saturday night, celebrating our 30th anniversary. The food was fantastic. I think everyone had something different for an entree, and it was all superb. We also enjoyed the appetizers. The flat breads were delicious. Our seating was very good and worked out well with Dad in his wheelchair. We enjoyed seeing so many homecoming attendees. We appreciated that we weren't rushed.
