SOUTHWEST CHICKEN SALAD
Mixed greens, fajita seasoned chicken, Ohio sweet corn and black bean salsa, cheddar cheese, all garnished with tortilla strips and served with chipotle ranch dressing.

“CIRCLE L” STRIP STEAK
Dry aged 12oz. prime Limousine strip; this beef comes from our Circle L ranch located near Burbank Ohio… dry aged for 30 days, hand cut and broiled to order. Served with fresh asparagus, Galaxy Cowboy potatoes, and a side of green peppercorn demi.
LOBSTER AND SHRIMP RISOTTO
Chef Brian Jones’ creamy risotto Slow simmered with fresh Maine chopped lobster, butter, garlic, sherry, and a hint of saffron, topped with twin jumbo shrimp.
Boneless chicken breast crusted with almonds and seasoned bread crumbs, sautéed and finished in the oven. Topped with a cranberry demi and a sprinkle of blue cheese, served over Galaxy scalloped potatoes and steamed broccoli florets.

New York style cheesecake infused with fresh strawberries, topped with ganache and a tuxedo strawberry.
Went for our one year anniversary. We had the best service that I've ever had in a restaurant. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. The food was excellent, exactly as ordered. The manager stopped by at our request so we could tell him how everything was. He was very polite and glad that we were so happy with our experience there. I cannot recommend this place enough. We recently had a special evening out with our parents. The Galaxy Restaurant was beyond our expectations. The food was excellent..... over the top! Our server was just perfect. I just wanted to let you know, we had a wonderful time on Saturday night, celebrating our 30th anniversary. The food was fantastic. I think everyone had something different for an entree, and it was all superb. We also enjoyed the appetizers. The flat breads were delicious. Our seating was very good and worked out well with Dad in his wheelchair. We enjoyed seeing so many homecoming attendees. We appreciated that we weren't rushed. Went here with our two grandchildern after a grand parents day at their school..my grand daughter loves this place and my grandson tries to watch all the t.v's at once... he chowed down on the wings, fantasatic! I had the baked scrod while my husband had an awesome burger.. The waitress could not have been nicer... I would reccommend this place for anyone wanting a casual night out..
