THE “BLEU MOON” BURGER
Seasoned seven-ounce “Circle L. Ranch” beef patty topped with hardwood smoked bacon strips, melted domestic bleu cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and housemade demi glace. Served on a butter-grilled Kaiser bun and sided with
Gold n’ Krisp chips.
FILET AND BLEU
Four ounce beef tenderloin medallion broiled to order, sided with bleu cheese-truffle scalloped potatoes and steamed broccoli florets. Finished with a Portobello-brandy demi glace.
Five pillows of pasta filled with butternut squash, tossed with toasted pecans and fresh sage in a creamy butternut puree finished with shredded parmesan cheese.
Ground beef tenderloin meatloaf stacked with sautéed onions, mushrooms and creamy garlic mashed potatoes smothered with a rich beef gravy. Sided with sautéed house vegetables.
