The Galaxy is nestled right between the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and the Comfort Inn & Suites Park Center Drive. Dinner Features Wednesday, January 16, 2019 Served with tzatziki sauce 7 Spinach, sliced apples, walnuts, drunken goat cheese, shaved red onion, sweet n sour dressing. 9 Featured Soups French Onion Circle L Chili $5 bowl Chicken Noodle $4 bowl Cali Dreamin’ ½ pound Circle L patty, 1000 Island, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, American cheese, French fries, fresh guacamole, grilled onions, and fried egg. Served with Gold N Krisp chips. 12 Prime Rib Wednesday (Available after 5:00 pm) Slow roasted prime rib of beef served au Jus with horseradish cream. Accompanied by our house salad and Galaxy cowboy potatoes. 8 oz. $19 12 oz. $25 16 oz. $31 (Larger sizes available upon request) 6 oz Filet Mignon, broiled to order and topped with blue cheese. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans. 30 Boneless chicken breast dusted in seasoned flour and seared topped with a marsala wine and mushroom sauce. 16 Seared Norwegian Salmon served with vegetable rice pilaf and finished with sweet thai chili glaze. 19 Broiled Cold Water Lobster Tail One-pound lobster tail broiled with white wine, lemon and butter, served with House vegetables and your choice of side. Today’s featured dessert is: Chocolate Truffle Torte 5Chocolate torte brushed with brandy and espresso, topped with chocolate mousse, with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
