Welcome to The Galaxy Wine Room! Join us at the wine bar where you can choose from different flights of wine or select from 50 different wines by the glass. Dine in the cozy surroundings of the wine room and try the latest creations from executive chef John Schulze. Come in and see us, we would love to give you a tour of the new cellar. The space includes a wine bar, dining area, and a private room (The Cellar Room). The main feature of the space is the wine cellar that will be the main cellar for the entire facility. The 5000 bottle temperature controlled cellar resides in the middle of the room visible through glass between the main bar area and the private room. Other notable items include 3 fireplaces and flat screen tv's throughout.
Also, we will hold many wine tastings throughout the year in the cellar room. Please check our events calendar for upcoming wine tasting events.

Here is your update on news and events happening at the Galaxy Restaurant.
Live Music: This week we feature DC Flux on Wednesday (8PM) for WAG night (Wed at Galaxy). On Thursday, join us for Island Night with Island Jeff (7PM) and enjoy island food and beverages.(Only 2 more island nights left for the season) And this weekend we feature Electric Mud this Friday @ 9PM. Look for our Friday Clam Bake's starting next Friday, Sept 10th. The patio is open 7 days a week, join us on our little island!
Chef's Corner: from Executive Chef John Schulze: "This week we will attend the Taste of Wadsworth making mini versions or our signature burgers, BBQ pulled pork sandwich, and grilled fresh chicken tender sliders on Wednesday September 1st. To go along with these mini sliders I will have German style pickle made at the Galaxy with local cucumbers, zebra striped heirloom tomato slices, Amish sweet onions and various condiments. The fall crop of local vegetables will start coming in and we will begin making menu changes with these vegetables in mind. We should have two to three more weeks of local heirloom tomato but if you have not had them yet now is the time to stop in and order this featured salad." - Chef John
